Assigned to specialize in a particular market or solution, you will be responsible for all demand generation, marketing and sales activities for a dedicated partner. From developing new leads to expanding existing ones, you are a champion of our game-changing products and services. As you drive demand, our partners drive revenue. 

As a Channel Inside Sales, you will drive demand and revenue with our channel partners, provide support to their field sales teams, cover strategy and execution and focus on new and existing accounts.

Position Responsibilities

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or related applications/minimum any Cloud sales/marketing or business development experience.
  • Successfully communicate with contacts over the phone, email and in-person on a daily basis.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward clients, partners and co-workers.
  • Identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential sale, nurture them through the sales cycle and see them through to handover.
  • Meet or exceed monthly pipeline and/ or revenue quotas.
  • Communicate information about calls accurately and effectively to the management and partners in order to proactively manage a pipeline.
  • Daily time management and the ability to work independently.
  • Seek out additional decision-makers within targeted organizations in order to continually grow the account.
  • Work across multiple departments within targeted organizations acting as a product evangelist when possible, in order to go “deep and wide”.
  • Manage partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of inside and/or outside sales experience.
  • Proven, quantifiable, successful selling a technical product or service into large organizations (IT services, software, software as a service, etc.).
  • Having a general knowledge of the software and IT industry with the capacity to learn about individual systems and products quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills are required.
  • The ability to learn quickly, and retain knowledge, is required.
  • High level of integrity
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Malay speaking skills are important for this role due to the nature of business.

Career: Digital Marketing Manager

digitus.sg is a channel agency working with system integrators and software partners in Australia, South Asia and Europe. We are not just delivering marketing services but form an integrated part of our partner’s marketing and sales teams. 

Our marketing strategy is digital with the combination of lead nurturing campaigns, google ads, Facebook and LinkedIn, running HubSpot in the backend. If you are a driven professional wanting to execute and learn more about marketing, as well as building out a business, this is your shot. 

While some of our partners focus on small businesses where we engage with owners and directors of companies, our large partners are working with the midmarket and conglomerates. The Upmarket customer buyer’s journey is filled with complexity and new challenges – from larger and more technical buying teams, to migration and tech debt. As we strive to make digitus a leader in the software agency space, we must work to solve for upmarket customers at every part of the flywheel.

In that pursuit, we’re looking for a marketer that thrives on creating data-backed, automated email campaigns, with a passion for delightful user experiences. We want this marketer to come in and challenge the status quo, bringing new innovative ideas. This person will work with our internal team and with our partners directly.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Build and operationalize email automation strategy to achieve key business goals for our Upmarket Audience, like driving demand and product usage
  • Develop websites and landing pages utilising HubSpot and WordPress
  • Design experiments and analyze results 
  • Align across Marketing and Sales to identify areas of opportunity and create a consistent, omni-channel experience
  • Utilize data, research insights, feedback, and program reporting to continually optimize your communication strategy
  • Gain exposure to marketing across the APAC region

Additional experience (a plus, but not required): 

  • Marketing to large companies (250+ employees)
  • Video creation 
  • Email marketing at a Software or eCommerce company
  • Build out new campaigns in various ad platforms such as Facebook Ads & Google Ads
  • Experience working with a channel sales team

digitus is looking for an experienced and dynamic business development professional, who can deliver measurable success.

The successful candidate must firstly be able to show a proven track record of delivering qualified sales leads for software resell or system integrators.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our Business Development teams. You will work strategically to source and consolidate leads to set the business up for success. This role is an excellent foundation for a successful career in sales within Salesforce or related.

Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified CRM, HCM, ERP leads across a territory
  • Proactively identify and contact decision makers in strategic accounts
  • Navigate and profile organisational structures for priority accounts
  • Execute account plans according to business priorities
  • Results Driven Assignments
  • Work towards weekly targets

Product Knowledge:

Have a strong knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications and services in order to facilitate the lead generation; Understand how the benefits of Software-Advisory services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals;

Required Experience:

1-3 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation; Experience of B-to-B sales in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirement; Can evidence a track record of lead generation.
