We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our Business Development teams. You will work strategically to source and consolidate leads to set the business up for success. This role is an excellent foundation for a successful career in sales within Salesforce or related.

Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified CRM, HCM, ERP leads across a territory
  • Proactively identify and contact decision makers in strategic accounts
  • Navigate and profile organisational structures for priority accounts
  • Execute account plans according to business priorities

  • Work towards weekly targets

Product Knowledge:

Have a strong knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications and services in order to facilitate the lead generation; Understand how the benefits of Software-Advisory services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals;

Required Experience:

1-3 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation; Experience of B-to-B sales in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirement; Can evidence a track record of lead generation.

We are looking for a marketing manager to support our lead generation teams. You will work strategically with content writers and business development representatives to nurture marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads.

This role is an excellent foundation for a successful career in marketing within Salesforce, HubSpot or related.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and operationalize email automation strategy to achieve key business goals, like driving demand and lead nurturing
  • Design experiments and analyze results
  • Craft your own vision for automation
  • Create ad copy and creatives for Paid Advertising and Email Marketing campaigns
  • Monitor Paid Advertising spends
  • Create/Run all assigned reporting via Google Data Studio
  • Optimize campaigns as needed through specific Paid Advertising techniques and platforms
  • Conduct competitor research for keywords (SEMRush)
  • Create landing pages and implement website changes in WordPress and HubSpot
